The 2018 Global Sales Meeting (GSM) took place on the company premises of VisiConsult X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH in Stockelsdorf. Representatives from all over the world were trained on the latest innovations.
In the first week of September more than 50 sales partners from over 27 nations visited VisiConsult in Stockelsdorf. Thus, compared to the GSM 2016 almost 5 times as many participants have taken the long journey to Germany. The composition was mixed and from Australia, across Asia and the US, all continents were represented. From Monday to Wednesday the direct product and sales training took place, an event to learn and get to know each other. In this context, the sales partners were theoretically trained based on various presentations. Thursday and Friday the practical hands-on training directly at the systems followed. The aim was to ensure a uniform service and knowledge worldwide. VisiConsult also used the chance and brainstormed new ideas and products with the experienced group
On two evenings there was also the opportunity to network directly on the company premises and make new global friendships. In the spirit of the family business guests were served delicious food, local beer within a great atmosphere. Of course, culture was also taken care of: The highlight of the week was the sightseeing tour in Luebecks scenic old town with loads of sunshine. Afterwards the participants enjoyed a traditional German dinner in the cellar of the Brauberger restaurant.
