VisiConsult is a family-owned German global market leader in the field of customized and standard X-ray inspection solutions for non-destructive testing (NDT), quality assurance and process improvement.

Founded in 1996 by engineer Hajo Schulenburg as a small ‘garage company’ with an initial business model focused on tech consulting in the context of industrial image processing and software development, VisiConsult already recorded steady growth over the first decade. The current headquarters were built in 2009 right on the city limits of Lübeck, in Stockelsdorf (Ostholstein district), making it the very first building to meet the passive house standard in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein.

In 2016, with the company’s 20th anniversary the second generation of Schulenburgs was onboarded plus the first US subsidiary opened in Atlanta and the now rapid growth was heralded. In 2020, Hajo’s oldest son Lennart Schulenburg took over as CEO. At the same time, the expansion to Asia with an own manufacturing hub in India successfully started.

Today, the VisiConsult corporate world employs close to 250 staff and includes the business divisions and subsidiaries VCxray, VCbattery, VCcount and VC Inspection Services as well as diondo X-ray Systems and Services with VisiConsult as majority shareholder. With more than 50 channel partners around the world, we truely have become a global player.
